I got an email from a customer that asked about how to select the right stability ball for the exercises that are in Your Stability Ball Exercise Guide.
There are two positions to consider.
Sitting on the Stability Ball
If you are doing an exercise that involves sitting on the stability ball, the ball should be at a height where your ankles-knees-hips form a 90 degree angle.
Push Up Positiong
If you are in a push-up position with your hands on the floor and your feet on the ball. The ball should be at a height where your body is parallel to the floor.
If the ball is too big and your feet are higher than your shoulders, it will lead to greater stress on your shoulders and wrists.
I hope this helps you out.
Thanks for reading and talk to you soon.
